Ross Dress for Less at 2200 17th Street, Santa Ana, California.

Good selection but horrible management. I believe they hate their customers because the checkout is almost impossible to deal with. You can wait 30min or more just to checkout. They have plenty of cashier booths but they choose to only use 2 or 3 at peak times. This makes the line wrap around the entire store all day long. It's like Christmas shopping lines all year around. Rediculous and the manager should be fired. They give Ross a bad name.

This is the worst Ross I’ve ever been to and I will never go back the associates there are very rude to their customers
