My experience with Enterprise at John Wayne Airport was very good. I had very fast check out, a wonderful representative who helped me get the Bluetooth set up for my phone, and a clean car ready to go within 5 minutes of my arrival to pick up my reserved car. When I returned it, I anticipated a problem as the rental agency is a long walk to the departure terminal and I'm handicapped and needed major help. I explained this to the agent accepting the returning car, and she drove me up to the departure terminal and helped me with my luggage, set me up with the curbside check in. It took no time at all. I was so very grateful and relieved! Super service.

Extremely fast service, and reasonable rate. They met my needs and I received an additional discount as a member of Enterprise Plus. While they have less expensive rentals, I reserved a Cadillac XTS for a very good price. The car was luxurious, drove beautifully, and had only 14,000 miles on it. It was brand new and felt like it. Check out at the airport was fast, really fast. No line at a counter, the agent met me with a mobile device and ran right through the rental process in a matter of a few minutes. When I returned, the check-in was handled in the drive lane. Scan the car, hand me my receipt and I was on my way to the terminal in less than 5 minutes. Enterprise will always be my "go to" rental agency for their top-notch customer service.
