EXTREMELY Happy with my car buying experience, after having it become stressful and a hassle due to awful car salesman I had encountered before I met Nico, he is the nicest guy, professional, easy going, not pushy, straightforward, kind, he made sure my mom and I understood what I was getting myself into :) no gimmicks, no lies, negotiated the timing of my down payment, I truly felt like he actually cares about his costumers, not just selling vehicles, which is rare - I had been to many other dealers where salesman were jerks, was judged and belittled due to my credit which is not great. We are human and make mistakes. Who are we to judge?
In our business (my line of work) regardless of our CUSTOMER'S history we believe that everyone is to be treated with the utmost respect, even if unable to do business with them, there are polite ways to communicate this, no need to be rude or disrespectful. So, I got to a point were I was disheartened and disappointed prior to coming to Auto Ranch but Nico and Mr. Rudy were great, I got a great deal, very nice, clean car and the best I am riding on my way to redemption by making my first car payment on time! Can't wait to buy another car soon, yep, my mom and my son will be buying cars soon and I am definitely highly recommending AUTO RANCH to them and anyone else who is shopping for a car! :)
