I've been calling the store for over an hour and all it does is ring. Finally someone answered and he was very ride and condescending. I wanted to know if my order had arrived and he said that he could not look it up without my confirmation number. I told him to hold in and I would give it to him and he hung up on me. I called again for more than half an hour and nothing. I shop here at least once every three months and recommend this store to all of my family and friends but not anymore. Very unfortunately for Aldo but will be taking my business elsewhere. I have over 100 pairs of Aldo shoes but I guess it will end there.
