had a Lexus RX400H old key from used car dealer, not original from manufacturer ( can't operate from far distance). Sean at Advanced showed me his quality key and I made 2 key instead and now we can control it from very far distance, nice !!

I called this place because I lost the keys to my car and when I called they told me they could help me. I was told I needed my husband to be present because the vehicle was not registered under my name. The guy on the phone said to text him my address and gave me the pricing of $95 if the key didn't have a chip. I told him my husband would get home at 5 and he replied with it being fine because they close at 6. I texted him the address around 3 and once again told him my husband would be home at 5, he replied "ok". I called again at 6 because no one arrived. A different guy answered and asked if my husband was home already, I replied yes and asked if they were still going to come. He told me they would be there in the next 45 minutes, it now 8 in the night and no one ever showed up. I am very disappointed, upset, and angry because instead of wasting my time, they could have told me they were not going to show up. I could have looked for someone else to do the job. I would not even give it one star, but it won't let me post without one

Very poor customer service and they charge way to much for what they do I had my battery changed and two weeks later it doesn't work and they told me they could not do any thing or refund my money instead they charged me for every thing this place really is a bad place to go when it comes to your car
